Kasey Creel

MS Chemistry, BS Mathematics
Chief Executive Officer & President

Kasey Creel is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Analytica Advisory Partners LLC, where she leads the company's strategic direction, operations, and organizational development. She brings a rare combination of rigorous scientific training, institutional compliance experience, and cross-sector leadership to her role at the helm of a pharmacy regulatory technology and thought leadership organization.

Kasey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Chemistry — a dual foundation that shapes her methodical, evidence-driven approach to every business decision. Early in her career, she translated that academic rigor into institutional leadership, serving as both Radiation Safety Officer and Laser Safety Officer at the University of Central Florida, where she managed regulatory compliance programs, safety administration, and government relations within a highly regulated academic research environment.

Her career trajectory expanded into the biopharmaceutical industry, where she contributed to medical affairs project management and scientific content development — work that demands both scientific fluency and the ability to communicate complex information with precision across diverse professional audiences.

As CEO, Kasey oversees all operations at Analytica Advisory Partners, including platform delivery, partnership development, research initiatives, and organizational strategy. Her skill set — spanning quantitative science, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership — positions her uniquely to lead an organization working at the intersection of healthcare regulation and applied technology.

Co-Founder, Technical Lead & Informaticist

Jake Creel is the Co-Founder, Technical Lead, and Informaticist of Analytica Advisory Partners LLC, where he is responsible for the architecture, design, and development of the company's software platforms. His work sits at the intersection of pharmacy regulatory knowledge and applied technology — building tools that make complex, publicly available regulatory information accessible, searchable, and actionable.

Jake holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Samford University and is a Certified Healthcare Compliance professional. Over a 16-year career, he developed deep hands-on expertise in pharmacy regulatory affairs spanning multiple jurisdictions — experience that led him to a simple observation: the tools available for monitoring the regulatory landscape were not built by people who had actually worked inside it. That observation became the intellectual foundation for PythiaRX and the other platforms developed under Analytica Advisory Partners.

His technical capabilities span Python, machine learning, cloud infrastructure (AWS), natural language processing, and AI integration — skills developed independently and applied to problems in regulatory information. Jake's contribution to AAP is specifically as a technologist and platform developer: designing systems that aggregate public regulatory data, automate monitoring, and deliver AI-generated analysis at scale. He writes and speaks on topics at the intersection of pharmacy regulation, healthcare informatics, and artificial intelligence as a practitioner-turned-technologist with an interest in advancing the industry's collective understanding of these intersections.

Jake's published commentary, research, and platform work reflect his own perspective as a pharmacist, technologist, and student of regulatory systems. His writing explores how emerging technology — particularly AI — is reshaping how the pharmacy industry monitors, interprets, and responds to regulatory change, and what questions that raises for the field going forward.

The views and commentary expressed by Jake Creel are his own and are offered in a personal thought leadership capacity. They do not represent the positions of any employer or affiliated organization. Jake's role at Analytica Advisory Partners is limited to software development, technical architecture, and platform design.
